Course Guides - Look at the undergraduate course guide to find a list of all the courses (programs) on offer at VU.
Course Search - If you know what program area you are interested in, go to the Course Search and type the appropriate word(s) in under 'keywords'. If you search by courses, you will be given a list of degree programs with your keyword in it; if you search by units, you will be given a list of subjects that include the keyword.
Student Handbooks by Faculty -This is another way to search for courses or units/subjects. The handbooks list all the courses on offer in each faculty and the subject descriptions on offer that year. To determine the unit availability you must check the timetable. Search "Handbooks by Faculty"

To determine how the units you take at VU will transfer back to VIU: You will need to copy the detailed description of the unit into a word document or email so your program advisor (or equivalent) at VIU can determine transferrability.
