Visa Information
You will be applying for a Social Cultural Visa and you cannot apply until 30 days prior to departure from Canada.
- To avoid any inconvenience or delay in the issuance of the visa, please reassure to submit the visa request no later than 7 days prior to departure and no more than 30 days prior to leaving Canada.
Visa Requirements
- Original passport, valid for more than 6 (six) months beyond the intended length of stay.
- Visa application Form completed in full with 1 (one) recent colour passport size photographs
- Letter of invitation and copy of passport/ KTP from sponsor Indonesia (we will organize this for you)
- Copy of confirmed round trip Airline ticket/ Electronic ticket.
- Visa fee $55 (CAD) in the form of a money order only, payable to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (we will pay this on your behalf)
