Peer Helpers are current Vancouver Island University students who are available to assist new students adjust to campus life.
Peer Helpers are involved in the Department of International Education's orientation programs, where they facilitate the "New Student Essentials" session with campus tours and computer account support, which help new students complete the steps in the New Student Orientation Checklist.
